1. Coaching and educational services
Services are intended for personal development, mindset education, goal setting and accountability. Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical care, crisis care, legal advice, financial advice or a substitute for treatment from a qualified professional. Always consult an appropriate healthcare provider before changing treatment, medication, diet, exercise or other health-related practices. If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate unless a written agreement with a parent or legal guardian says otherwise. You agree to provide accurate contact, booking and payment information and to keep it current.
3. Bookings, attendance and cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel unless your written offer or agreement states otherwise. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited or charged. If Tyler Mitchell Mindset must reschedule, a reasonable replacement time will be offered.
4. Fees, subscriptions and refunds
Prices, payment schedules and included services are those shown at checkout or in your written offer. Recurring memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with the checkout terms. Unless a written offer states otherwise, completed coaching sessions and delivered digital materials are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
5. Participation and results
Your progress depends on many factors, including participation, decisions, effort and circumstances. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise that another person will receive the same result. No specific personal, emotional, relationship, health, career or financial outcome is guaranteed.
6. Confidentiality and group programs
Tyler Mitchell Mindset will treat private coaching information with care, subject to legal obligations and safety concerns. In group programs, each participant is expected to respect the privacy of others; however, the conduct of other participants cannot be guaranteed. Do not share another participant’s story, identity or personal information without permission.
7. Respectful participation
Harassment, threats, discrimination, unlawful conduct, recording without permission, misuse of community spaces or disruption of sessions is prohibited. Access may be suspended or ended when reasonably necessary to protect participants, the coach or the program.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, books, workbooks, videos, frameworks, course materials, graphics and recordings are owned by or licensed to Tyler Mitchell Mindset. They are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, teach, upload or create derivative products from them without written permission.
9. Communications
Service messages may be sent about bookings, purchases and requested support. Marketing email or text messages are sent only where permitted and may be stopped through the unsubscribe method provided, by replying STOP to applicable text messages, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect essential transaction or appointment messages.
10. Third-party services
The website and services may use third parties such as payment processors, GoHighLevel, Zoom, Google and communication providers. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. Tyler Mitchell Mindset is not responsible for outages or conduct outside its reasonable control.
11. Website availability and disclaimers
The website and general information are provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted access, error-free operation or complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. This section replaces the need for a separate Warranty page.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyler Mitchell Mindset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Saskatchewan unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
These Terms may be updated when services, practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
